Adherence to our code of conduct is a prerequisite for working at Global Group Company. It gives guidance towards our daily challenges, and helps to do things right, and by this protect Global Companies reputation. These guidelines apply to all of us independent of in which country we are, offshore as well as onshore, managers as well as employees.
We believe that Global Group Company employees are fully capable of making the right decisions when faced with difficult choices and that they will be guided by their good judgment. However, We should never feel that we “have to do it alone” when we are unsure of what is the right thing to do. One of the responsibilities we share is to seek guidance from our managers or other internal sources when we need it.
Never be afraid to ask for advice if you are in doubt about what is the right thing to do in a situation. Please have the courage to speak up if you see anything that appears to breach this Code. Your concerns will be considered seriously.
